Infrastructure MS Architect
Summary The Solution Architect (SA) is a pre-sales engineering role supporting and assisting Encore’s Account Managers.
The SA is instrumental in building customer relationships and excellent at communicating Encore’s vision. The key focus of this role includes planning, designing, and presentation of Encore’s technology solutions to customers with varying degrees of technical experience.

Responsibilities
- Present and explain technologies to customers, guide them through requirements gathering and formulate a solution consisting of infrastructure-managed services.
- Gather requirements, create accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), and write proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Create high-level solutions designs and present them to customers
- Interfaces with key vendors to develop customer solutions.
- Assist internally to create and maintain documentation, templates, processes, and other collateral for use by Sales teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Deep understanding of Security, Networking, Data Centers, Storage, computing, and Cloud Solutions
- Industry experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, HP/Aruba, Dell, Pure, Azure, AWS, GCP
- Problem-solving, diagnostic and analytical skills required
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience
- Design, planning, and deployment of managed solutions for the public sector, enterprise, and commercial customers
- Deep understanding of Command Center, Global Service Desk, IT as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service
- Proven success and experience selling technology solutions and services to small businesses, enterprises, or global customers
- 7+ years of experience in designing managed solutions
- 2+ years of experience developing proposals and statements of work.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or military experience
- ITIL and PMP certifications preferred
- Other Networking, Security, Server, Storage, and Compute Certifications
Travel
Local Travel with some Regional Travel (< 50%)
